Rich theology. Relatable for every student.
"Live Jesus in Our Hearts" is a prayer said daily by Lasallians all over the world. Our new high school religion curriculum reflects this prayer, and our mission—that every young person would invite Jesus’ presence into their hearts. We sought to begin answering the needs of today’s youth, in a generation where the spiritual and religious landscape has shifted dramatically.
In Live Jesus in Our Hearts, we've created a space to wrestle with important faith and life questions, while digging deeply into Scripture and the teachings of the Catholic Church. A Focus Question launches each unit and chapter, which then build the knowledge and skills students need to respond in faith. Guided by activity-rich and seamless teacher guides, the curriculum also ensures that all Framework points are addressed—it has received the declaration of conformity!
We’re setting a new standard.

The Paschal Mystery and the Gospels continues the series commitment to combine the Framework content points with Scripture reading and exegesis. The Church: Foundations and Mission continues the series commitment to combine the Framework content points with Scripture reading and exegesis. The course studies the Church’s mission by exploring its foundations, images, and structure. At the same time, the course takes a deep dive into the Gospel of Matthew, the Gospel of the Church. The words and actions of Jesus in Matthew help lead to a deeper understanding of what it really means to be “church.”

Sacraments and God’s Grace is the fifth-semester course (first semester in year 3) in the new high school series Live Jesus in Our Hearts.

Morality and God’s Love studies Christian morality, starting with its biblical foundations. Drawing on texts from both Old and New Testaments, it shows that Christian morality is rooted in the sacredness of the human person and Christ’s Law of Love. Inspired by Jesus’ teaching in the Sermon on the Mount, the student book explores the important values that underlie each of the Ten Commandments: faith, reverence, holiness, respect, honesty, integrity, justice, the sacredness of life. To drive these values home, each chapter includes an excerpt from Pope Francis’s teaching on the Ten Commandments and a short case study inviting students to apply these values to their life.
