About Saint Mary's Press
Hands-on. Hearts touched. We are a nonprofit, Lasallian Catholic publisher administered by the Christian Brothers of the Midwest District, based in Winona, Minnesota. Inspired by the teaching of St. John Baptist de LaSalle, our mission is to touch the hearts of young people of all ages with the good news of Jesus Christ.
See how we’ve re-imagined Sacrament Preparation, Faith Formation and religious education for children and teens. Discover our wealth of carefully crafted Bibles for every age that open young people’s minds and hearts to the wonders of God’s Love and the Catholic Church.
With our partners who serve in schools, parishes, and families, we share the Good News of Jesus Christ with Catholic Christian youth through publications and services.
Saint Mary’s Press is a contemporary expression of the Catholic Church’s mission to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ and the Lasallian mission to provide a human and Christian education for young people, including those who are economically deprived. Saint Mary's Press dates from 1943, when Br. Alphonsus Pluth, FSC, began publishing high school religion resources. Spurred onward by the Lasallian vision, we've since created products and curricula to touch the hearts and enliven the minds of young people of all ages!
