The Customer Relations Specialist is one of the first people customers come in contact with at Saint Mary’s Press. This role is responsible for both inbound customer support as well as making outbound calls to follow up on sample requests to convert to orders. Saint Mary’s Press ensures the customer has the best experience through all of its touchpoints and this position plays a large part in that. This job is for an energetic, self-starter, self-motivator, critical thinker that works well prioritizing and working within a team.
