Life-Giving Relationships

Minicourse appropriate for grades eleven and twelve

For Christian believers, personal relationships are a primary manifestation of God's love and grace and the arena for our growth as disciples. However, many young people have a narrow understanding of relationships as being limited to dating and sex. Life-giving Relationships helps young people expand their definition to include all connections with family, friends, and acquaintances. They learn that true intimacy is more about mutual trust, openness, and growth than about "having sex." The course gives them skills for identifying unhealthy relationships and encourages them to make choices that will enable them to build healthy relationships in the future.
