Karen M. Elliott, CPPS, DMin, is associate professor and chair of the Religious Studies Department at Mercy College of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. She holds a doctor of ministry degree in Scripture from Barry University, Miami Shores, Florida, and an MA in theology from St. Michael's College, Colchester, Vermont.
