Michael Warren

Michael Warren, PhD, has been professor of religious education and catechetical ministry in the Department of Theology at Saint John's University, New York City. A former high school teacher and adult catechetical minister, Warren has also been active in peace and justice with young people. In 1971 he was named by the U.S. bishops as one of the official delegates to the International Catechetical Congress in Rome.

Warren has lectured internationally and written several books, including Seeing Through the Media: A Religious View of Communications and Cultural Analysis (Trinity Press); Youth, Gospel, Liberation (Veritas); and At This Time in This Place: The Spirit Liberating the Local Assembly (Trinity Press).
