Discover Dynamic Distance Learning for Schools Webinar

Maureen Provencher from the Ministry Care Team walks through the Distance Learning component of Discover: Finding Faith in Life, our school religious education program for Grades 1–5!

Here are some key takeaways from our new distance learning eLearning modules, included with each Discover Child Pack:

• Each engaging eLearning module is just 20 minutes in length, and can be completed by the child on their own or together, as a family. 
   
• With the help of a master catechist, lessons are engaging and utilize active learning techniques, as children dive into Scripture and the doctrinal segments of the chapter. Children will be encouraged to consider how they might put their faith into action, in every lesson. 
   
• The eLearning modules are designed with student's ages in mind: the first grade lessons will be very different than those at the 5th grade level, as the program grows with them.
   
• eLearning modules are included with purchase of each Discover Kit for this fall. So, you’ll still get the backpack with the grade level folder, that includes each chapter’s activity booklet.  You get to choose the pack you need, whether that’s with The Catholic Children's Bible or without it, because once each child has this Bible, it carries them through all five years!
