Equally suitable for classroom use or self-study, Church History is detailed yet thoroughly accessible to readers of all backgrounds. Color illustrations every few pages, review questions, a glossary, and an index round out excellent educational resource, ideal for high school, college, public or church library collections. “After [WWII] a movement called Pax Christi (‘Peace of Christ’) was established in Europe. Its first goal was to reconcile European Christians who had supported opposite sides during the war. It still exists today, having spread to over fifty countries and five continents, and is a voice of prayer and action for peace and reconciliation all over the world.”
