This plan allows the employee to purchase insurance benefits with pre-tax dollars. It also enables you to set aside pre-tax dollars through payroll deductions throughout the year to pay for eligible unreimbursed medical, drug, dental, and other health care expenses, and eligible dependent-care expenses.

Saint Mary's Press contributes to a plan that provides an allowance to you (and your spouse) upon retirement.
As a supplement to your other retirement income, this plan offers you the opportunity to save a percentage of your pay before taxes. Saint Mary's Press also contributes a matching portion of your contributions when enrolled in this program.
