Gary Egeberg is a former religion coordinator and junior high teacher. He also wrote My Feelings Are Like Wild Animals: How Do I Tame Them? A Practical Guide to Help Teens (And Former Teens) Feel and Deal with Painful Emotions (Paulist Press). Gary and his wife, Peggy, and their two daughters live in suburban Minneapolis.
