b'Come, Holy Spirit, Come!Prayer ServiceInvite the children to wear their Pentecost headbands (see pages 1618 for directions to create Pentecost headbands) and gather around the prayer space. Light a candle (real or battery-powered). Ask thechildren to stand almost shoulder to shoulder in a tight circle. Explain that the Holy Spirit brings peace to our hearts and unity to us as Church. Explain that, after each prayer statement, the response will be in both words and actions: Come, Holy Spirit (raise arms up high), and come! (bring arms down and cross hands over heart). Explain that expressing unity means that the children should raise arms straight up and not bump others, and bring arms straight down to cross hands over hearts.Leader:Let us begin our prayer with All:Come, Holy Spirit, come!the Sign of the Cross.
