That simple question is how our founder, Saint John Baptist de La Salle, often began conversations with his fellow teachers. It gets to the heart of the matter, doesn’t it? The idea that we all crave to be known, loved, and cared for. To know that it’s not just who we are—it’s Whose we are. To know that it’s not about the what, or the how, or the when…it’s truly about the heart. As you head into another season of ministry, may you know that we are rooting for you! We care deeply for the sacred work that you do every day. As Saint John Baptist de La Salle tells us: ”You can perform miracles by touching the hearts of those entrusted to your care.“ Thank you for the miracles you perform every day. Every minute. Every moment. Keep on keeping on in your good work. Saint John Baptist de La Salle, pray for us. Live Jesus in our hearts forever! Consider ideas like attending all Holy Week services, having a Resurrection party with a focus on Jesus, or reenacting the story at home. Remember the Easter season lasts for fifty days, so keep the celebration going after Easter Sunday! • Make Resurrection rolls together with your children. Find an easy recipe online. While you eat the rolls, read together the Scripture story on page 1568 of The Catholic Children’s Bible (Mark 16:1–6). • Watch the video “Top 5 List: Easter Sunday | Jesus and the Journey to the Cross #3” (YouTube, 3:10) together. Take time to discuss as a family how you can focus on the Resurrection of Jesus more during the Easter season. oss, three women placing spices on ocked by a large the tomb empty, m that Jesus had or in the grave. because of his sed to new life ment when we from the dead. celebration of d understand d the Sunday our heart and y: Jesus rose !
