This vision paper presents stories and ideas of Catholic educators who care deeply about their faith, their vocation, and their school communities. It is a reflection on how staff spiritual development empowers the mission to teach as Jesus did. The paper is intended for all adults in the school community: administrators, teachers, and staff (including secretaries, kitchen workers, and maintenance crews).This vision paper presents stories and ideas of Catholic educators who care deeply about their faith, their vocation, and their school communities. It is a reflection on how staff spiritual development empowers the mission to teach as Jesus did. The paper is intended for all adults in the school community: administrators, teachers, and staff (including secretaries, kitchen workers, and maintenance crews). This vision can also be shared with school boards, parent groups, coaches, and other adults in the community who are in contact with students or the overall mission of the school.
