• All purchasers of 20 or more All New Catholic Youth Bibles will be automatically entered for a chance to win the "Roman Venture 10+10". A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning.
• To participate without making a purchase please mail a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope ("SASE") with sufficient postage and a return address (first and last name, street address, city, state, and zip or postal code, e-mail address, ) to: Roman Venture 10 + 10 Free Entry Request, Saint Mary’s Press, 702 Terrace Heights, Winona, MN.  Mail-in requests, including both outer envelope and SASE, must be handwritten and must be postmarked no sooner than February 15, 2010 and must be postmarked by April 15, 2010.
• By accepting the Roman Venture, the winner grants Saint Mary’s Press permission to the use of his or her first initial, complete last name and state of residence for possible advertising and future promotion purposes with no additional compensation except where prohibited.
• Winner assume complete liability upon acceptance of the prize and agrees to hold Saint Mary’s Press, its directors, officers, employees and agents harmless against any and all claims and liabilities arising out of any injury or damage that may be caused or claimed to be caused as a result of winning, receipt, or use of the prize. Winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release, which must be executed and returned via email at the time the winner provides delivery information.
• Saint Mary’s Press reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, change or suspend this drawing should causes any unforeseen or unexpected event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled affects the fairness and / or integrity of this Prize Drawing. This right is reserved whether the event is due to human or technical error or Act of God. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the Prize Drawing, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, we reserve the right to select winners from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the Prize Drawing.
• The Roman Venture may not be exchanged for cash.
• By accepting the Roman Venture, participants accept and agree to these rules, conditions.
