This prayer by two young teenagers asks for help remembering that God has a greater plan.
Every day things occur in this world that shake my faith and test my beliefs. I see things happening like famine and civil wars, and things that hit close to home like cancer and AIDS. I find myself constantly questioning life. I wonder, God, why you let these things occur? God, please help me to stand firm in my beliefs and in my faith through times of question and doubt. You said, "Remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age" (Matthew 28:20). Help me to keep remembering that somewhere in your great plan, it all works out. Amen.
