About the Ambassador of Christ Recognition Awards
The Saint Mary's Press Ambassador of Christ Recognition Awards honor extraordinary individuals who touch the hearts of teens and enliven in them the Christian spirit. By publicly recognizing and rewarding these individuals who truly deserve but rarely receive such recognition, we wish to affirm, celebrate, and elevate their importance in the life of the Church as Ambassadors of Christ, by the grace of God.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I nominate more than one person?
Yes, you are allowed to nominate more than one person.
Please fill out a separate nomination packet for each person you nominate. Saint Mary's Press will select only one recipient in each category.
Must I include one adult recommendation and one teen recommendation whether I'm nominating a teen or an adult?
Yes, both the adult recommendation and the teen recommendation are required whether you are nominating a teen or an adult.
Is there any flexibility in the deadline for materials?
No, unfortunately, we cannot consider materials that arrive after the nomination deadline.
Can I nominate someone who was nominated last year?
Yes, a person who was nominated last year but was not selected is eligible for nomination this year.
Can I nominate someone else this year if the person I nominated last year was chosen?
Yes, you can nominate another person.
Can a teen who has graduated from high school complete the "Recommendation by a teen?"
Yes. We will accept recommendations from any teen between the ages of 10 and 19. However, the nominee in the high school category must currently be a high school senior.
How and when will I know who the recipients are?
Saint Mary's Press will send written notification of the award recipients to all of the nominators by April 15, 2008.

Employees of Saint Mary's Press and their immediate family are not eligible to nominate someone or be nominated.
